NASAL SCREENS HOW TO USE

WATCH THE VIDEO OR FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

STEP 1:

After removing a set of Nasal Screens from the package bend the clear backing in half with the Nasal Screens facing up. (do not bend the Nasal Screens).

STEP 2:

Gently peel away the Nasal Screen to the outside and place the tip to the nasal passage.

STEP 3:

Using your finger lightly press the Nasal Screen adhesive to your nasal passage by tracing the outside of your nostril clock-wise to the base of the septum area.

STEP 4:

Flaring your nostril stick the Nasal Screen to the rest of your nasal passage by completing the clock-wise circle around the nostril. (To confirm a complete seal trace the outside of the nostril once.)

STEP 5:

Repeat steps 1-4 for the second nasal passage.
